Keine Cookies, kein Tracking

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Your language choice is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted.

External links: GitHub and PayPal

Links to GitHub (GitHub Inc., USA) and PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg) are only contacted when you click them; the respective provider's privacy policy then applies. If you donate via PayPal, I receive the payment data PayPal transmits (e.g. name, email address, amount) to process it (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your information only to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed.

The Kompass app

The app runs entirely locally on your Mac and sends no data to me. Only if you add your own Anthropic API key, requests the built-in rules don't understand are sent to Anthropic together with the current folder path and file and folder names from it; Anthropic's terms apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
